The e-Visa for Egypt is an easier and more convenient way to get a visa. But, if you have run out of time, (since you need at least a week to apply) the visa on arrival is an alternative.

Upon arrival in Egypt, Cypriot citizens can get a visa sticker from any of the kiosks that are available. Most likely, it will be necessary to wait in line, complete the application and pay the visa fee at the kiosk.
